The staff was very friendly. The tv was not good at best. One third of the stations were snowy. Thought i back in the 80's looking for rabbit ears to adjust the picture. Was supposed to b fixed but no one showed up. 3 of the 4 device charging ports were broken, the toilet wobbled, the beds wete like a rock and the pillows were terrible. Other than that it was worzh zhe $300 a night for tens

The staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Our room was good. Clean and roomy. It is only a few blocks from the beach and quiet which was our goal. Close to bars and restaurants. We will be back.

Clean room and pool area, friendly and responsive staff, easy beach access. Only (tiny) complaint/warning for future travelers is you can hear the live music from your room. But it was done at 9pm so wasn’t really any issue. Would stay again!

We love staying here. The staff is friendly, professional & prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. The rooms are always clean. The location is great for walking all of FMB Times Square and nearby areas. The restaurant & bar are a great bonus too! We'll be back soon.

I hate to let the secret out, This is a great stay! Staff, Great! Petey's Bar with Entertainment, Great! Food menu, Great! Location to the Beach, Great! Bars & Restaurants in walking distance, Great! My first time back since the hurricane, the renovations and upgrades to the property have really elevated the experience. Super clean...Enjoy!

Room was very clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were also very clean and usable. Location was great for walking to the restaurants and the beach. The only negative for us was that the mattresses were very firm which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
