Beach and Boating home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach while you enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There a dock you can fish off of and room to park up to a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood. There is also the National Navy Seal Museum, the Jetty State Park, and Pepper county Park located on the island. This is a great family get away with fun options for everyone in the family.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Pepper Park Beachside. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. A private pool and in-room jetted baths are available in the holiday home.
