BEAUTIFULLY appointed corner unit condominium, located directly on the beach! Enjoy BREATHTAKING, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sand beaches of Destin and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Not only does our condo offer additional views with its floor to ceiling windows, it also gives a much more open and airy feel! Enjoys the view from the 94 sq. ft. private balcony, living room, and kitchen! Our lovely 873 sq. ft., 6th-floor condo is located in the very popular, sought-after, family-friendly Pelican Beach Resort !
For your comfort and enjoyment, the decor is light and bright with an elegant beach feel, custom artwork, and new flooring!
The master bedroom offers a plush king bed, wall-mounted TV and, ensuite bath/shower.
The hallway features recessed twin-over-twin bunks, which are perfect for children and teens.
The secondary, spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The living room features a new, cozy sofa-chaise sectional, with a very comfortable full-sized pullout sleeper for optimal sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig/coffee maker combination, blender, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, cookware, dinnerware, eating utensils, etc.
This condominium is also fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and wash clothes.
There are 3 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, 3 pool noodles, and sand toys in the hall closet; however, we cannot guarantee what all of these will be returned and these items fluctuate due to guests not returning items. Again, these are NOT guaranteed. You also have the option to rent a beach from La Dolce Vita.
Pelican Beach Resort is located DIRECTLY on the beach and in the heart of Central Destin! No walking across the street to get to the beach! There are numerous activities including Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, great restaurants, souvenir shops, Publix, Winn Dixie, ice cream parlors, a hot dog stand, and much, much more close by and some are within walking distance!
If you do not want to leave the property, Pelican Beach Resort offers amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Choose from three indoor or outdoor pools (heated in the cooler months), two large outdoor hot tubs, SEASONAL Tiki-Bar, SEASONAL Cafe,/Market, EV chargers, tennis and pickleball courts, small gym, game room with coin machine, sauna, steam room, credit card payment washers/dryers on each floor (NOT in our condo), and more!!!

Exemplary communication with host, ease of check in and out, location and cleanliness of unit. Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views directly from private beachfront balcony. Anything and everything to cook with plus lots and lots of towels available so you don’t have to do laundry! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Sunrises were worth getting for!
An evening ritual- “wine down” with the sun. Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony.

The view was amazing and the resort was great! The condo was decorated nicely & was very comfortable. It could use some maintenance. Contacted host upon arrival to let them know the microwave vent & door was broken. It was usable but should be fixed for the price point you are paying. Balcony screen door was off track but my hubby fixed it. The drawer under the stove was broken as well. With a little maintenance, this could be a top-notch condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. We loved having the corner condo with the view. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The owners were very responsive with all questions. Having direct access to the beach and other wonderful amenities was fabulous! We plan to stay here again and you should too.

Perfect place for my solo bday trip! The views are stunning, the condo is beautifully decorated and the primary bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to returning! I would recommend renting the beach chairs/umbrella… it made my stay that much better!

The condo itself is beautiful, clean, convenient. Communication is excellent. The owners very responsive to questions and although we had no issues I think if there were issues they would be very quick to fix it. Check in and out was a breeze. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, dishes etc. the property itself is in a good location with ample parking and with easy access to anything you want to do however the cleanliness of the pools was disappointing, the elevators were extremely slow and only 2 of the 4 worked most of the time so we usually took the stairs. I would stay here again and for sure in this unit again!

Our family had a fantastic time at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to the sand, which made it super convenient with kids. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of beach gear.We especially loved the balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset as a family. The building felt safe and family-friendly, with a nice pool and quiet surroundings. This was the first time we used VRBO. Did not receive instrutions on check in process had to contact the host it took a while so we called customer service. They helped right away we were very happy with the condo and how clean it was. The kitchen was well stocked with all items we needed for making meals. All the pools were enjoyable and the beach was beautiful the cafe had really great food. We book again if we come to destin.
