Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, windows and sliding doors! You will have spectacular views of Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico from the 4th-floor corner unit when you stay in this great unit. The unit is in a beachfront building is quiet and relaxing, above the sound of the street and pool level yet a close walk to all amenities and the wonderful beach. Elevator or stairway access raises your stay above the comings and goings at lower floor levels while providing panoramic ocean views.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create great meals that can be enjoyed on your private balcony while you watch the waves hit the shore. Master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one queen and one full bed.

To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
