Nice quiet stay while vacationing around the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Rooms were clean and all the necessities were there. Breakfast was good and available.

I got this room for my nephew and his wife for an emergency. They first night my nephew noticed some red bite in his stomach but didn’t think much of it. The second day he said he had more of a rash. The checked the beds for bugs and didn’t see any. Till they checked the head board and found 2 bedbugs moving around. They went to let the lobby know and then seemed rude about it and even though the video and pictures of the rash were provided they still seemed rude about it. They did give them a different room for the last night.

Smells like mildew soon as you come in property when told front desk didn’t have nothing to say.Also the air conditioner leaks water so soon as you step out of bed your feet will be soaking wet.Also they will charge you for smoking even if you didn’t smoke and when called to resolve they tell you to email management

What I didn’t like was when I looked on Expedia, I found your hotel. You don’t have on the website that you have to have a deposit that’s very unprofessional. You should’ve put that on the website that you want a $200 deposit that is terrible to me
