The pictures showed a beautiful pool and spa and a fully stocked workout room. We got there. No spa and 1 treadmill in the workout room. No other equipment. The bath tub ran water from the shower when trying to run a bath. If your place is under remodel how about telling us that and reducing the rate. Price was the same as other hotels in the area that weren’t under remodel. Very disappointed.

There's nothing to complain about. The room was clean, did not look worn in any way, and smelled fresh. Even though my room was directly across the hall from the elevator, minimal hallway sound could be heard and I enjoyed interacting with the staff. Liked the breakfast. Will stay here again when in the area.

We purposely booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool on our down time. We have young kids that were excited to swim and the hot tub was a bonus. The hot tub that they advertise is currently filled in with cement and they had the pool closed because they claimed it was too cold for use. Our room was decent, could've been cleaner but the ac/ heating unit would make a terrible noise when it kicked on.

Staff management are not very pleasant. We left items in the room and even though we came back in the same evening and the room was not rented out they said we couldn’t access it to see if our stuff was still there. Terrible place to stay.
