The traffic noise was unbearable. Uninterrupted sleep was impossible. When Icalled the front desk around 1:50 AM, she apologized and said that “some people are bothered by the traffic noise and some are not”. She offered us ear plugs. My husband and I finally decided to leave at 2:30 AM since sleeping was futile. I asked for a refund and she replied that she could not do that. This is totally unacceptable. They charge customers good money but they cannot be bothered to install better windows. very disappointed. Expedia, you should warn people about staying here.

Hotel was very nice and up-kept. Room was spacious and very clean. Kudos to the housekeepers! I’m a stickler for cleanliness! Front desk staff was awesome and helpful. Fitness room was great. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Breakfast attendant was a delight. Appreciated the complimentary laundry room. Overall, nice location and it was pet friendly. Highly recommended!!

Horrible breakfast. Not very clean. The bathroom handle was disgusting and the furniture is super run down. Weird food smell in the halls and the elevator is super run down. Not worth $425 for 3 days. Staff and front desk was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. It's apparent that this is an older property and the condition is commensurate with its age (but rather well taken care of I may add). The biggest negative is the pricing for this property. It is not worth the amount charged per night compared to other properties with similar amenities.
