The descriptions were not correct. "Free wifi" not true. Only if u sign up fot their member card. 2 room suite has clear glass between bathroom and outside. Can see people in bathroon shower or dressing. We had our daughter with us. Creepy!. Sofa bed opened but full of dust. 3 people and one set of towel. They knew three people. On check in breakfast added, but go to breakfast was not. So front check in forgot. Lost sense of details made the hotel rating drop

The hotel was lovely, the room was perfect for what I needed. Food choices were limited, basic dish ordered was tasteless and far too expensive for what you get. There's nothing around that you could walk to. It's near the airport yes but lack of choices means you're stuck in your room. Can't use the spa unless you're comfortable with the traditional German way, which was all nude. Not every one is comfortable with that. You need to have 2 choices. Suited the purpose for the first stay but won't stay again.

Check-in was confusing. Room# was not clearly written on key card holder. Communication was terrible. We were not sent to the proper “tower”. Came downstairs several times before it was understood the zero was a six?

Great hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle runs every 15 or 20 minutes from Terminal 1 door B6 24 hours a day. This is a nice enough hotel that it might make sense to stay here instead of around the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, especially if you are flying out of Frankfurt Airport. YOU CAN TAKE THE SYRUP

Only downside was the shower was old and terrible. Rain shower didn’t work at all. Had two coffee capsules when we arrived in our room. Called for two or so more and was told that is all for 24 hours…couldn’t give me two more…great shuttle bus etc…staff great…room smelt of cigarettes …air conditioning not very good.
