This is our second time staying here. Overall we like it … the hotel, location, and convenience to historic Fredericksburg. Unfortunately the shower in our room this time was not very clean.

The room was OK, with a lot of room. TV and Internet were good. Parking was a problem. I had to park rather far away across a busy street. But the main problem was at night I could not find this Hyatt and had to drive all over the place until I finally got to the Hyatt with help from my GPS. The problem is that the hotel's sign ("Hyatt") was way up in the air, where I don't usually look. I should be able to see the name of the place by looking straight at it. Instead when I look straight I don't see Hyatt; I see instead Beltone. I needed a place to stay; I already have hearing aids that I use.
