"Casa Alise" is a brand new apartment, in a brand new building. The apartment is located only 100 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the train station, Los Boliches, leading to Malaga airport. It is a well-equipped apartment with all facilities and amenities. While staying in this apartment, you will have access to a heated pool, gym, sauna, and parking place in a garage if needed. The central location is amazing with everything within walking distance.

The apartment has excellent qualities, and the building has a gym, pool, sauna, and a roof terrace. The apartment boasts a nice living room that is possible to combine with the terrace by opening the terrace doors wide. There is also a 65" inch smart tv in the living room with Netflix, Disney+, and more. There are two nice bedrooms, where one has a bathroom directly connected and a large tv screen. The beaches in the area are wonderful, and so are all the nice street cafes, restaurants, and bars.

The whole apartment and the community areas are available for the guests.

Los Boliches is considered the nicer part of Fuengirola. Here you will find the nicest beaches and the cleanest area of Fuengirola. There is a lot to see in Los Boliches as well as many restaurants and bars to visit. The beaches are only 1 minute walk away from the apartment so please check them out. It is very easy to get around in the area. Trains, busses and taxis are easily available.

Everything is easily accessible from Casa Alise. The train to the airport is located at the Los Boliches train station, only 100 meters away from the apartment. Most everything is within walking distance, but taxis and other forms of transport are easy to get hold of. If you are a beach person, it is only 100 meters from the house.

If you need parking you will have to provide us with some information like car type, license plate, and color of car so we can provide the necessary papers for you to drive on the street outside the building.
