Summary:

Welcome to our lovely apartment surrounded by tranquility and amazing views. This oasis is perfect for family holidays where you can enjoy the time at the pool area, work out in the gym or just have a nice time on the spacious terrace. In the area you can find some nice restaurants where you can dine in unique environments.



The Space:

The accommodation is fully equipped with a Dishwasher, a Washing Machine, WIFI, and A/C in all rooms. Baby Package costs €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



The Neighborhood:

The Monte Paraiso urbanization is newly built and well maintained with a beautiful and open all year round swimming pool, own gym and a common lounge. Torreblanca, by the way, is a beautiful residential area in Fuengirola that is characterized by all white villas and palm trees. In the vicinity there are several restaurants, one of which is called Las Islas and becomes the favorite of many because both presentation, location and view are something that is difficult to find elsewhere.There are buses down to the city center nearby, otherwise it is a walk of about 1.3km down to the beach, 1.1km to the train station as well as the nearest grocery store and a number of restaurants, tennis courts and more.



The beach in Torreblanca is made of fine sand and well maintained with parking facilities.



Getting Around:

You can get around well with a bike or by foot, also by the nearby bus, and if you have a car, then there is also enough parking for 2 cars in the garage.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.
