The staff was amazing, especially the breakfast attendant. He always made sure the food was coming out hot and fresh. The towels were not the cleanest, but other than that no other issues.

Lightbulbs on the bedside burnt out. We are served a king bed, but it was 2 queens. The front desk couldn’t change us, she said there weren’t any kings left.she also promised us that she would make fresh coffee, she never did.

Air conditioner was very loud and sounded like something was wrong with it, which made it hard to sleep. Room smelled strongly of carpet deodorizer and all the fixtures had a weird brown spotting. Cutlery wasn’t clean, and had sticky residue (in room) towels were stained, and bedding seems like it had been slept in and just had been remade and not changed. Breakfast was a weird combination and seating was in a strange place. This isn’t typical of a Hilton and was really disappointing. Almost made the 600 mile drive home through the night worth it.
