Stayed overnight in Galway during the one day each year that university students descend on the town in Christmas jumpers, but you wouldn't know it if you stayed at the Hyde Park. Rooms have great soundproofing and there was no running up and down the halls to be found anywhere on property.

The Hyde Hotel was well located and close to shopping and restaurants . The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous . The rooms were on the small side . The parking was located in a different building and it required walking quite a ways with luggage in tow .

Hude Hotel is outstanding

The hotel is in a great location and appears to be recently renovated. The service was outstanding! Breakfast is an option and was worth the extra charge.

Excellent property, clean, location is very close to train and bus station as well as to all fun pubs and Spanish arch. The only complaint that it was a little too warm in the room and no matter what I set the AC on, it felt that it was too hot. Given that we stayed at the property in the middle of October, I was hoping that the room would feel cooler. But it was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise - super friendly staff, great restaurant and bar on premises and just great impression overall.
