The room was clean and tidy. Basics only and a bit tight on the teabags and milk. Just enough for 2 cups of tea between 3 of us! Dinner service extremely slow. I had to ask after 45 minutes and it was brought within a couple of minutes. Food was Warm and had obviously been waiting a while despite it not being very busy for food! Fine for a night. Staff were nice but massive delay at evening meal and got order wrong repeatedly. Food was then cold. More importantly, our room didn't have a cot in it when we arrived despite x2 requests for this. When it did arrive it was literally like concrete and our daughter didn't sleep at all. As a result we had to put her to sleep with in the bed which is much higher risk and one of us was forced to stay awake next to her in turns we are deeply unhappy about being forced into.
