Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through Expedia trusting their promotion, but it was a huge mistake. The room was extremely dirty, with bad odors, stained sheets, and a bathroom in terrible condition. The hotel has not issued any refund, despite the conditions. Expedia tried to step in and reason with the hotel, but unfortunately there was no resolution. This place does not match the photos or descriptions at all. It’s unacceptable that a hotel in this condition continues to be promoted. I do not recommend this hotel.

My dad's heat literally would not shut off, my tv had to be shut down using the power strip and it always came on at full volume, and there was no place to putt my shampoo or soap in my shower (I bought and left a shower caddy there). The price was reasonable and the front desk staff person was awesome. She did offer to move both of us. The hotel has great reviews so I know at least some guests liked it.

i was there to ski so i was looking for a cheap stay. overall was pretty average until the power went out on the last day due to high winds which we understood but the owner didn't notify us of it nor of when it would come back on. we ended up checking out a night early to find some power and food.

The H&H Motor Lodge in Idaho Springs is very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that the evening desk attendant could be a bit more cordial to incoming guests, but perhaps he was pretty tired and ready to get off from work. I didn't arrive until about 10 pm.

A good choice for Idaho Springs. Not really any parking with a trailer. Get a room that is NOT bordering the street. Road noise. Very clean and good staff.
