Although the room was on the first floor and seemed relatively quiet, the room door wouldn't latch upon closing and had to be dead bolted from the inside. I noticed upon returning to my room and finding it open.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was out by 6AM- awesome for sporting events that start early. Beds are comfy. The room wasn’t the cleanest, and is ran down. Water stains on the ceiling, curtains didn’t close and ALL the lighting outside shined in all night- 2nd night I used the bedding to cover the window. You can hear a lot of interstate traffic going by.

Beautiful room! AC was already on when we arrived and that was wonderful! We were on the 2nd floor and the ice machine didn’t work - so we had to travel to the first floor for that, not a big deal! The coffee maker had a used pod in it - that was kinda gross. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived I was graciously welcomed. I went to my room, however was unable to enter due to a door issue. Back stairs I go. Again, was treated well and assigned a different room. I was able to gain entry to this room. Kinda got settled and tried to turn on the TV. Big ol nope. Called downstairs. Young man was up within minutes. He tried, I tried. No TV. He offered to move me again. I decided not to do that. I can only say that young man gave the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! (Thursday, May 29th). Give that young man a raise!!

The management staff was awesome. Upon arrival we visualized that they were very busy and didn't have our rooms ready but the manager put us in a different room that was ready to go. Simply put! She was amazing and to put it all into perspective, she had already been working a long shift but had the time to accommodate us! You are #1 in my book! Thank you for a great job!

My room was not clean, poop stains in the toilet, hair in the bathtub, TV did not work, the entire property had run out of soap, so I refused to eat anything there. The idea of people walking around with hands that were not washed after they used the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub drain was broke so I had to try. It opened and put something in the drain so I could shower. I had to go buy my own hand soap because all they could offer me is a big bottle of shower gel to use for soap. The girls at the front desk tried, but I am waiting for the refund I was promised. I will never stay there again and this was my first time ever staying there. My go to hotel was booked. I will never let that happen again.

The room was nice, especially since I got the room with a hot tub. It was conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.
