The staff were very courteous and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room was spotless and very quiet. The staff were very helpful for checking in and checking out. Here’s a polished, ready-to-post review: Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice.
