Great hot springs stay!

We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable. Really close walking distance to the train station, hot springs and the adventure park. The breakfast was nice and the front desk was extremely accommodating with letting us check in a few hours early and holding our luggage after check out. We would stay again!

This is an excellent property, especially based on the rates for a room. Very convenient for both of the Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs, and the vapor caves. Close to downtown...easy parking. Good solid free breakfast, nothing super fancy, just good and reliable. Nice staff...looking for a day trip out of Glenwood, try a drive to Redstone and Marble or go West to see Rifle Falls State Park.

Very dirty. The towels even have body hairs, stains and blood on it lol; two of the towels were even with mold omg. The lock was very loose and janitor came in two days without permission in the early morning after we said “LATER”.

The bathroom was covered in small ants the morning we woke up as well as ants in our child's air mattress absolutely horrifying. I will give them a 5 out of five star due to the staff that work there absolutely amazing staff, but not satisfied in the least with the ant problem

The property felt like a mountain retreat with Fire pits Nice Greenery and Beautiful trees. Such a nice warm welcoming and friendly faces whenever we asked a question. Breakfast was great with hot food and protein. Will definitely stay again

Can't go wrong based on what we experienced!

Great location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, hot tub and pool, fire pits at night, and one of the few hotels that offered more than 2 beds in a unit. Staff were EXTRA friendly and engaging. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great setting and amenities. The room was excellent however I didn't care for the bathroom. Also on the first floor there were little ants about.
