Worst Hotel Experience Ever

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They “accidentally” charged my car an extra amount equivalent to a room, didn’t tell me and I was out that money all weekend due to not getting the return till a week day. I had to pay late fees on bills I couldn’t pay cause they took that extra payment out as well as an additional 25 dollar fee. Then I went downstairs to get a snack and the front desk lady was talking crap about me in the lobby with other people present, while not knowing I was the person she was talking crap about. I called the manager several times and when she finally got back to me she said all she can offer me is extra points if I become a member?!?! There was no way I would become a member of a hotel that treats people they serve so badly! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

It was nice . The bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of options to watch on TV. Nice Dove products in the bathroom, which felt luxurious. Nicely decorated room. We had a very pleasant stay!

The only problem was the tv which was hung on the wall. It was improperly hung and at a slanted angle that bothered both of us.

I did not know there was no elevator and my room was 2nd floor. I’m 79 years old with bad arthritis! Even my dog had a problem navigating the stairs. Also the perfume smell from the cleaner they use is terrible. Hard to sleep due to smell. Also, I wanted a bath tub instead of shower.
