Your pool has loose tiles that cut feet and no grout on any of the tiles and holes where it was cut It’s not heated It feels like bottles of bleach have been poured into it When we had to check in I told him the paper he asked my husband to fill out had even completed online he said yeah our systems dumb I need a paper one too. The website said check in is at 4 the property displays check in at 3 The room was minuscule For $200 a night that was insanely not worth it

Love this hotel. Very nice however the room we were in this time was smelly and sofa had stains. We are not used to having a room like this at this hotel. Did report to front desk and was offered a different room but we ended up staying because we were too tired to move

Noise. Do you love noise? Then this is the hotel for you. Maybe slept a total of an hour. The hotel is right next to the interstate and train line. You'd think the builders would have used sound insulation. I guess not.

Generally, the stay was fine. This is our third time staying at this hotel on repeat visits to Flagstaff. Check in process was fine, but the person at the desk was generally not that engaged. For some reason, our shower floor was incredibly slippery. We had to put a towel down to be able to stand in there. I would’ve complained, but most likely we would’ve had to change rooms which I didn’t want to do. Also, the TV volume would only go so loud that we could just barely hear it over the air conditioner when it was on. Very odd.

very nice hotel but there were homeless people camped out in the parking lot. If you don’t mind a bit of a sketchy area then it’s worth saving a few bucks.

We always stay at La Quintas and have enjoyed staying at them but this one in Flagstaff was no good. We discovered a stain under all are sheets after spending one night and discovering it. They were very helpful and gave us a new room. But just to have this stain covered up and the mattress not thrown away was not okay. Here’s some pictures.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It’s in a nice area. There are only 2 areas we weren’t as happy with: Our air conditioning was extremely loud and we couldn’t hear the TV (even at its loudest setting) well at all. Next: the breakfast was basically a continental breakfast with the offer of very wet (and salty) scrambled eggs AND thin-soupy (2 tiny sausage nuggets), bland gravy and biscuits. We were surprised to see no bacon or sausage offered. We were glad to be able to have our fur baby with us… but, just be prepared for lots of us staying there with our fur babies. Our dog is smaller so my husband carried him upon entering and exiting the hotel only… because of his being intimidated by big dogs… we only heard dogs barking when we went to get ice so it really wasn’t a real problem at all. But, other than those concerns mentioned, it was a good hotel to stay overnight!! Thank you.
