Very disappointed with this hotel, as it is expensive. I expected better quality. The carpet was stained and the room was smelly. Quite musty. There was also no hot water for our morning showers. I was informed by reception to wait an hour. Time went by and still no hot water. There is a gap under the door which would let in a lot of bugs and critters if they opted. Check in was a disaster, they couldn't find our booking, along with many other visitors. Unfortunately a system problem. Overall very disappointing.

The room was clean, the surrounding area was quiet, and it was a comfortable stay. Parking was conveniently located in front of the room. It's close to the visitor center and observation deck, so it's a recommended place to stay.

It was nice to stay in the park and have access to all of the amenities. Very walkable and the shuttle is right there. The bed was super comfortable 10/10. Great stay.

The digital checkin was amazing and convenient. Within minutes we had the keys to our room because of their efficient process. The service was really good too. When we had issues with our door, the hotel people sent help promptly and resolved the issue. We also got our room on the first floor (ground floor) as requested for my senior parents. The free parking at the facility was also very convenient. Had the rooms been more spacious and comfortable, I would have given it five stars. Included breakfast would also have been a bonus. However, I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and convenient stay in Grand Canyon South rim.

The area is very nice and the workers are very helpful. I was very close to the bus station and Mather Point. Unfortunately my shower made a loud screeching noise when on, i’m not sure if that is normal at the canyon. Also i saw one black bug late at night in my room.
