The air conditioning did not work there was blood in the bathroom. I had to go and change rooms twice The second room was no better. I didn't even get pillows

First of all, there is no bathtub. There is a gymnasium shower. Second, there’s no heat. there was also no refrigerator. no extra blanket.

We did not stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, the parking lot was completely dark due to the Motel 6 signage being out (and with no other adjacent lighting, the area was unusually dark). The woman at front desk was rude demanding IDs for both my husband and myself. When I tried to explain that the reservation was in my name, booked and already paid for via hotels.com, she simply repeating herself demanding to know our ages and asking for ID. As someone who frequently travels, and who is well above the age of 18, this is not standard practice. The motel looked sketchy at best. We immediately canceled and stayed down the street at the Comfort Inn where the customer service (including a bag of doggie treats for our dog, free breakfast, etc.) was exceptional. Highly recommend against a stay at this particular Motel 6.

The flooring was torn up by the toilet, the shower was disgusting, bedding was dirty and the towels were also dirty. The window was open when we arrived, no screen, when I closed the window the original lock was smashed, the diy lock worked but the window could still be opened. The door was warped, and wouldn't close at the top plus it looked like it may have had a bullet hole on it. Additionally there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming in the room. It was exceptionally loud and we only stayed an hour before deciding it was not a safe place to stay. Frankly, I want a full refund. I wish I could give this negative stars.

Got room because heat went out at house. Only heat source in hotel room was a floor space heater that made a loud high pitched squeal when turned on, driving dog crazy and giving us headaches. Desk clerk should be reported for animal abuse. As he had 2 dogs in his car in the freezing cold, just periodically checking on them. At 1 point thought 1 of his dogs was going to jump out car window and attack my dog as he was acting very aggressive. Left within 20-30 minutes.
