All of the staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at many hotels across the world. This might have been my best experience from a staff friendliness standpoint. I’m from Alabama, this was my first trip tip Michigan. I was impressed with their hospitality.

Room was good i was able to get an early check in so that was super nice of the staff but after she left the next staff at desk was rude im understanding as night shift might suck but dont let it show to the poeple who keep the lights on also the pillows was terrible i would definitely bring my own next time other that was a really nice hotel and pet friendly.

Lilly should slow down when giving her spew on checkout and breakfast policy she talks way too fast with guests, and looks like she hates that she’s there. This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this with myself and other guests while I’m in line. Also, I never was successful in also I was never sussessful loving in the WiFi , I called Hilton customer service and talked to a representative to try to get some trouble shooting when I was placed on hold she got back on hold and front desk said there were no body Available so I couldn’t do any business on the WiFi my toilet clogged as soon as I checked in when I used the bathroom, I asked for a plunger lily said she was gonna get maintenance but said to there were nobody available, someone is lying.
