Do not stay here… booked our stay online and was confirmed. When we arrived they didn’t have a room for us but payment was processed. The Hyatt never contacted us to let us know our room wasn’t available and sent us to a hotel down the street. Super annoying.

Great area! Needs to be more security at entrance people trying to enter with you. Parking garage situation is a little weird and you have to pay after spending a lot on the room.

We liked how close the hotel was to the Van Andel venue. We did not like the hotel set up. It felt like we were alone. Like there was no sign of hotel staff. The parking garage and how you are able to load and unload luggage, and taking multiple elevators to get to your room, well it sucked. Add to that, no staff or at least it felt like we were alone and how we felt is what should matter. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. And we stay at a lot of hotels.

The heater was not working in the room and the temperature was 59 degrees in the room. When the heating unit tried to turn on, it was too loud to sleep through.

Very nice property and nice room. Unfortunately our room had a very loud air-conditioning fan that went off and on all night. If we would have turned it off, it would have been too hot.
