My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville. The location is excellent and within walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are also very friendly. The hotel also has a lot of space and seating in the event that you need to work. We highly recommend staying here.

The property location is great. However, our room was not properly cleaned. The bedding was stained. We called and let the staff know. The response was “ok” no apologies or offer to switch the sheets. We asked them to bring clean new bedding and it took a long time to get them.

The room was very clean. The hotel atrium is beautiful! The location is walkable to Reedy Falls Park and we felt safe in and around the hotel and in town. Only one person camping out in the courtyard and as we were visiting from Charlotte that was nothing! Their restaurant was under going renovations and nothing was mentioned about limited hotel dining options during booking or when checking in. The mini version of their restaurant was overrun by tradeshow participants, they could have been relocated to another room. There are a lot of restaurants in town but many of those were either closed for the day or also undergoing reno. A nice hotel stay overall despite the bad timing on dining options.

Staff was not very friendly or anxious to accommodate requests. When asking for an extra blanket for the bed the desk person sounded very annoyed. The lady who delivered it was very professional and nice.
