Not pleased.

Our room smelled like someone smoking weed next door and it was coming through the vents. Nothing was done. The hair dryer burned up. We reported it. Never brought a new one. The carpet was badly stained from spills. Wasnt very clean, hairs in tub, corners and edges had debri in halls and rooms. The elevator was extremely slow!! The microwave in breakfast area did not work, was reported, not repaired or replaced while there.

The check-in person was super friendly. The room reeked of smoke and you couldn't get a signal on the TV. The front desk changed my room but that room didn't have washcloths, there were no cups and the phone didn't work.

I was disappoint d with the fact that two of the rooms I tried not smelled like somone had smoked weed in the room and it was not disinfected well enough. I had to ask ti be moved to another room and that room smelled as well

Worst service ever!

This was a special couples weekend. The day we arrived we water told there were not wash clothes not towels. We were given instead harsh, small pool towels to both wash with and dry off with. The front desk attendant stated there haven’t been towels for over four days. Why not tell the customer that before hand…..I will never return!

A good bit disappointed overall. Rooms cleaned only uppon request. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortably hard. Pitiful water pressure in the shower. Temps dropped into low 20's, had to turn heat ip to 79 to feel any heat. Complimentary breakfast was spotty. The room was very quiet at night. I'll look for other accommodations on next trip tp Greenville.
