You could tell there were people living on the property. They were smoking right outside the door. The rooms were updated, but there was still carpet on the floor and touchup paint that needed to be done. The breakfast was horrible. It says breakfast included and it was granola bars, and frozen Individually wrapped cinnamon rolls. Tea and coffee. No fruit, no eggs or waffles or anything like that.

Hotel is in a sketchy section. We got a room on the first floor 2 doors down from the front door where people would smoke so we couldn’t keep our window open. Room wasn’t in the best condition either. Pictures on website are not comparable to what we stayed in.

Not the best checking in. Went to Rm 209, someone already in it. Went to Rm 215. Key didn't work. Not sure if weed is recreational in Connecticut. But staff was smoking 🚬 when I came in outside in front at entrance. And again between room issues going on. Beds where really hard. Flooring needs replacements, carpet burns. Bathroom was ok. Plenty of hot water. Overall hotel needs a rehabilitation makeover. I stayed so I paid. Would prefer a refund, and that’s that..👎. No photos added. Words are enough.

I had my room booked a month in advance and drove 9 hours to get here, only for them to have cancelled my reservation at the last minute and give no cell notification so I could find another hotel before my arrival instead of being told after driving for 9 hours at 12:30am. Was also told they were “overbooked” despite their website showing they had multiple vacant rooms that night. Unprofessional and bad service. Had to drive around until 1am so I could find a new hotel. Will not be booking with a Super 8 again

Upon arrival, there were no parking spaces. At check-in, the employee was smoking a cigarette, someone was carrying a full basket of laundry from the washing machine area, and the whole place smelled like marijuana. In the 2 rooms we booked, a smoke detector was covered, the sheets were blood-stained, the windows were open, the bathroom was filthy, there were two tiny square pillows on each bed, and the remote was missing batteries. We sat long enough to use our phone to call and book a different hotel, and immediately left the room, told the front desk NOT to charge my card, and left. This hotel appears to be a place where people live! The person at the front desk at the hotel down the street said it is known in the area as a TRAP HOUSE. An absolute nightmare!

Bathroom floor was sticky, saw someone peeing on the side of the building also 2 guys smoking weed at the main entrance. Theres also a red spot on the floor next to the toliet. There is no red paint in the room. Could of used more pillows and blankets. Other wise a comfortable stay. Location of hotel is near plently of stores and food establishments. Also not far from the ocean.
