The staff was kind but when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smell. We were given a different room that smelled better but it was quite dirty. We found the bathroom was covered in hair. It was on the tub, on the bathroom floor and in the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was so full of hair that it was clogged and would not drain. We had to get facilities to come and drain it. The fridge in the room also had old food in it from previous customer. It just felt grimy and overlooked. The pictures online when booking didn't look like the same place. We most likely won't stay at Quality Inn hotel again. We're disappointed that we spent money staying somewhere uncomfortably dirty.

Great price point with good amenities. The water of the pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed it. There's a sauna with a shower right next to the pool so it's very convenient. Better breakfast than the other hotels that offer complementary breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and with friendly staff. However, regarding sustainability and eco-friendliness, it is terrible. Every morning, huge amount of garbage is produced in this place. Whatever you might need for breakfast is available in single use plastic containers. The utensils are also plastic and thrown in the garbage. I hope they will do something to improve the situation and go grean.

I pre booked this hotel on Expedia for my first night of 2 in Burlington. I arrived very late and just wanted to check in and go to bed after a day of travelling and the lady at the counter started telling me there were extra surcharges a check In - this just irritated me. Then I got the card key for my room and it was a Basement room which was very weird to me. I didn’t feel comfortable, and the bed was definitely worn out. The next morning I woke up and noticed the main bottom sheet of the bed actually had what believed to be blood stains on the side of the mattress- I was totally disgusted. Needless to say my next night in Burlington was definitely not going to be here !

Had a nice experience a very good place to stay over evrything was fine. ok I will mention the things I had problems… We choosed for a room with 2 queen bed and i felt the queen bed was not standared queen bed So I had problem sleeping as my children co sleeps with me. The beds were too small for queen size they were double size. Also I would like the swimming pool water to be a lil bit more warmer. Also no free 24x7 water available as a breastfeeding mom I had to buy lots of water from vending machine
