Convenient location and attentive service

Good breakfast options that is freshly prepared, comfortable beds enough hangers and hooks around the room, good internet access and most of all attentive service . Convenient location with a lot of food options within walking distance . Will come back to stay after Sapa trip !

I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Good size room, really friendly staff and nice breakfast. The bathroom was small and some mould. Great location walking distance everywhere. We didnt end up using the balcony as the air quality was very poor

Everyone here was amazingly nice and courteous. I arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was filling and quick. Great location in the center of the action but my room was quiet enough so I had no trouble sleeping. Thanks!

Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking rides and tours for us. Breakfast option available as well, good selection. We booked the suite with the patio overlooking the city. Great views!

Great location. Very close walking distance to train street, the lake and night markets with a huge range of places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Binh and the lady at the desk whose name I have sadly forgotten but who speaks excellent English.

Good Location!

It was a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is superb, right at the heart of old quarter. We walked to everywhere and no need to take Grab. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed the stay!

The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

The staff go above and beyond! It is a very convenient location, close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfy. We would definitely stay here again. We had breakfast every morning here. You could order off of the menu and there was a buffet of toast and lots of fresh fruit. Very clean.

Bun, staff of the hotel is friendly; courteous and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to shopping; railroad. Almost everything is walkable. The bathroom needs some cleaning especially the tile grouts. Otherwise, acceptable for the price we paid.
