Wir waren das 2. Mal da. Zur Silvester und diesmal war es ruhiger. Aber das gleiche Chaos. Keiner organisation. Kellner überfordert. Das teure essen auf dem Teller ..teilweise wie in der Kantine. Und die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Das hatte mir ein Freund danach auch bestätigt. Der vor 2 Jahren da war.. Da ich nicht gern solche Bewertungen schreibe.

Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist weit entfernt von 5 Sternen . Ich durfte einen Zettel ausfüllen, an welchem Tag ich keine Zimmerreinigung benötige, habe ich auch getan, aber dann kam gar keine Reinigung mehr. Selbst das Klopapier war alle. Ich musste mich erst bei der Rezeption melden. Im Pool funktionierten die Gegenschwimmanlage und die Massagedüsen nicht. Die Hauslatschen waren von der billigsten Sorte. Ich könnte noch weiter meckern, mach ich aber nicht. So jetzt etwas positives, das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell und das Personal war lieb und nett und man hat an meinen Geburtstag gedacht, dafür nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Familiensuite. Unsere Tochter war begeistert vom Pool and tolle Saunalandschaft für die Eltern. Ganz toll war auch das Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. 5-Sterne war auch der Checkout bei dem wir den Late-Checkout nutzen konnten und noch einen tollen Tag in Ahlbeck verbracht haben.

Unser Zimmer lag wohl sehr nahe am morgendlichen Treff des Reinigungspersonals. Um 7.00 Uhr an jedem Morgen wurden wir lautstark geweckt. Dann ab ca 8.30 Uhr wurde an die Tür geklopft und um Einlass gebeten, das im Abstand von ca 30 Minuten einmal wurde sogar an die Badtür geklopft und angefragt ob gereinigt werden könne. Was nützt ein Frühstück bis 12.00 Uhr wenn schon ab 7.00 Uhr alles getan wird um den Gast aus dem Zimmer zu drängen. Trotz geringer Auslastung hatten wir ein sehr sehr mässiges Zimmer, wie gesagt sehr laut am Morgen und die Aussicht eben nur auf das hintere Dach. Ich werde bestimmt beim nächsten Ahlbeck Besuch ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Zerschlissene Sitzmöbel

Wir sind als Paar gereist. Ich weis nicht ob es darin gelegen hat das wir im Nebenhaus untergebracht waren aber die Sitzmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen sie sind zerschlissen und gerissen im Sitz Bereich. Man mochte sich auch nicht auf diese setzen. Auch der Teppich hat Seine Zeit hinter sich man sieht hier schon das unter Material. Es sollten solche Sitzmöbel nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel geben. Auch nach dem Anzeigen der Mängel ist leider nicht geschehen.

Hotel mit Charme. Großes Zimmer zur Landseite. Gut Ausgestattet. Schönes Badezimmer. Prima Schwimmbad. Schönes Ambiente. Die Speisekarte könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Service im Restaurant war gut insgesamt ein Tick mehr Empathie wäre möglich. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Lage des Hotel super.Rezeption freundlich und kompetent. Parkgarage mit Fahrzeug bing und hol. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Hotel-Personal war überwiegend reserviert bis unfreundlich. Bei Ankunft war der Müll im Zimmer nicht überall gezogen. Reinigung im weiteren Verlauf unregelmäßig und oberflächlich. Frühstück sehr gut und facettenreich, Personal freundlich. Insgesamt war der Service aber nicht einem 5* Hotel entsprechend.
