Kauniisti uusittu huoneisto kirjaimellisesti 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta! Sijaitsee yhdellä hienoimmista ja mielenkiintoisimmista rannoista Hilton Head Islandilla. Olemme Port Royal Soundilla kahden kaupungin omistaman puiston välissä, mikä tarjoaa meille syrjäisen sijainnin pahoinpitelyn päässä! Rantamme on luonnonsuojelualueella ja lintujensuojelualueella, joka tarjoaa luonnollisen elinympäristön hyville valokuvausmahdollisuuksille ja jatkuvasti muuttuvalle kävelylle rannalla! Kiinteistössämme on 2 ulkouima-allasta, yksi lämmitetty sisäuima-allas porealtaalla. Meillä on myös tenniskenttiä, lasten leikkialue, kuntosali, rantahelmet, shuffleboard, koripallokenttä, grillit ja piknikpöydät. Rentoudu yhdessä rannan vieressä olevista keinuista tai nauti trooppisesta kävelystä laguunien varrella.
Olen huolehtinut siitä, että huoneisto on mukava ja kotisi poissa kotoa. Keittiö on täysin varustettu liesituulettimella, täysikokoisella jääkaapilla, mikroaaltouunilla, astianpesukoneella, leivänpaahdinuunilla, Keurig-kahvinkeittimellä, tehosekoittimella, sekoittimella, crock potilla - kaikella mitä tarvitset. Huoneistossa on pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Yhdessä kylpyhuoneessa on poreallas ja toisessa suihkukaappi. Huoneistoon mahtuu 6 henkilöä, king-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja queen-vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Siellä on myös Queen Frontgaten puhallettava sänky, joka on ehdottomasti mukavin puhallettava sänky, missä olet koskaan nukkunut. Se täyttyy automaattisesti sänkyyn, jonka jalusta on 18 "lattiasta ja tukee 500 lbs. (Ei enää epämukavia vuodesohvia!)
Nauti ateriasi valtavien liukuikkunoiden ääreltä, jolta on näkymät laguunille suihkulähteineen, ja upea näköala Atlantin valtamerelle. Avaa ikkunat ja nauti tuulasta ja äänistä. Huoneisto on kirjaimellisesti askeleen päässä rannalta ... noin 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Great place. Close to the beach. Beautiful grounds.

We stayed two nights. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you might possibly need. Good quality dishes and pans. The owner was very responsive to questions. The community is also gated which mademade us feel very safe. This apt was a minute walk from the pier and beach. Loved our stay.was us feelll

Comfortable Beds in a Park-like Setting

The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and as pictured. That makes it a winner in my book. The building was close to the closest building to a quiet beach. There were a lot of jelly fish when we visited. The second-floor apartment was an end unit right by the stairs, so you only had people on one side. It was quiet except for the occasional heavy footsteps from the unit above. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and some basic spices (salt, pepper, cinnamon, Italian seasoning, etc.). It had a full-size fridge plus a beverage fridge under the coffee bar. The check-out process was easy -- empty trash, start dishwasher. The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer, which would be convenient for longer stays, but we didn't need to use them since we only stayed two nights. It's about 20 minutes to Coligny Beach if you want to be in the heart of the action. We'd stay there again.

Property is close to the beach with easy access. Nice amenities and parking, and the gated entrance is a bonus. Place was exactly as advertised and clean. Beach is a little unusual but less crowded. Had a visit from the eagle twice during the trip.

Hard to beat this location

I’ll start by saying has it not been for the location this review would have been very different.Unbeatable views from the inside of the courtyard and a minute walk to the beach … for that, I’ll make some sacrifices.The unit itself I’m not sure has had much more than a spray and semi wipe off in a very long time. The master shower has not seen a scrub brush in a LONG time… counters still covered in crumbs, rugs dirty, doors/trim () all in need of an actual cleaning. Had we have been in the unit more id have asked for another unit. Bed and bedding clean, and master bed was comfortable.I contacted the host about the unit being dirty and she offered to send the cleaning crew in however, we were leaving.It’s unfortunate such a beautiful location can’t be rated hire based off a poor cleaning crew.Hard review to write because it really is. Great place with the right TLC

Cute Property

Place was very clean and cute. Perfect size for a group of 5. Super short walk to the beach and we enjoyed tanning by the pool as well! The place also had a storage container with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a cooler for use. Would definitely stay here again!

We forgot to inquire beforehand if there was an elevator. Our mistake, and we wished there was one. Poor water pressure, shower unable to maintain a warm temperature, and was difficult to even turn on. Ceiling in laundry room is partially caved in, a real sense of adventure while loading laundry. Unable to get dishwasher to operate properly. Noisy neighbors upstairs did not respond to requests to turn down the noise. Do not expect to ever return to Hilton Head

Perfect Carolina Getaway

This property is well-appointed, well-stocked, and very comfortable—luxurious for two of us, but would easily accommodate 4-6. It is in a convenient yet private location, with direct access to a beautiful beach, marshlands, and significant historical sites. Communication with the owner was timely and comprehensive. We highly recommend it, and we look forward to returning!

The Spa

Our recent stay at The Spa on Hilton Head Island was truly one for the books! The location is excellent—just steps from a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the Port Royal Sound. Plus, the proximity to shopping and restaurants is a great bonus.The condo itself is immaculate! It has been completely upgraded with cozy furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The linens and towels are provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms, and the owner even supplies beach chairs and toys in a storage container.For rainy days, the condo has three Smart TVs with high-speed internet, making it easy to stay entertained. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were seamless, and our host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had.We highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo on a gorgeous tidal beach.

We had an issue getting checked in to the condo, but the owner was able to get it resolved to our satisfaction. The condo is in an older building, but it’s beautifully decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen. The jetted bath tub was a great way to end the evening after walking the beach. The gardens on the property are beautiful. We enjoyed walking the tidal flats at low tide and saw live sand dollars and dolphins on several occasions, which was the highlight of our trip.

Winter Getaway

We had a relaxing stay on Hilton Head Island. We loved the slower, more relaxed pace at the north end of the island. We walked around the tidal flats for hours when the tide was out. There are also busier white sand beaches 10-15 minutes away. There is so much to do in the area. We spent one day in Savannah. The only negative was we had difficulty regulating the water temperature in the shower in the mornings. Otherwise, the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The unit met fundamental needs and was a short walk to the beach. Security gate was left open every night. Rumbling music outside and people were frequently loud in outdoor hallway. The owner was gracious when I called with question.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

We love Fish Haul Beach, and there is no properly that is closer to this lovely birding spot than this one. The apartment was perfect for us, just the right size for a couple or foursome. Everything was provided, instructions were clear, and the location was amazing. Thank you!

Attention to detail

There was some odor when you went in. Some of the dishes that were put away still had food on them and neither TV in the bedrooms would connect to the internet. The diswasher is wobbly and the lid goes down to the floor. The area was beautiful but not sure why landscaping comes at 8:30 in the morning to a Spa.

So Close to Beach!

A friend and I went to the area for golf and beach in November and it was fabulous! So much to do and see. The condo is cute and totally functional. Beds were so comfy. Living room area was spacious and the TV was easy to operate. The HVAC system worked perfectly. And check out was a breeze (not too many chores to do). Linens and Towels were plenty. The location is the most amazing! Next to a park and next to the beach. The amenities of the complex were a bonus! Trails, pool, lagoon. It was all worth it!

Great experience. Condo was immaculate and the communication with the owner was fantastic. The only issue was me carrying up my 54lb luggage up and down the stairs. But that’s no fault of the owner.

The unit was very spacious and well appointed. We didn't lack for anything. Enjoyed the two outdoor pools and time on the beach. Very peaceful resort. My only regret is that we were staying on the 2nd floor and there is ni elevator.

Quiet community, close to the beach, great value.

This was our first family trip to the beach, and this location couldn't have been more perfect. We had our 2 year old and 4 year old with us, and they quickly settled in. The beach is on an inlet so it doesn't get the bigger waves like you have on the Atlantic side of the island, and while that might be a detractor for some, it was perfect for us. When the tide was out during the day, there was so much for the kids to see and look at. We found horseshoe crabs, little fish, and plenty of shells (but most of them had occupants, so we threw them back)...the highlight of the stay was during a beach walk with when we came across people fishing in the surf, and with them, not ten feet away was a bald eagle, right there on the beach, just hanging out! They said that the eagle had visited them every day for the past 3 days that they had been fishing. It was a huge experience for our family and I will remember it forever. The unit is located conveniently to a Walmart and Publix, and a few restaurants. Also, there is a hospital about a mile from the unit...just in case. When it was time to leave, my son was very sad. He kept calling it our "new home" My daughter had a great time too, but she is only 2 and doesn't talk much, so I can't really give her opinion, but I know she had fun. Advice on a few spots. Skip Crazy Crab, go to Skull Island Boat House instead, and Duck Donuts are about the best Donuts I have ever had in my life.
