Tervetuloa 1 East Windiin! Tämä viiden makuuhuoneen, neljän ja puoli kylpyhuoneen koti sijaitsee Palmetto Dunesin kolmannen rivin valtamerellä - vain kaksi ja puoli minuuttia kävellä kauniille rannalle! Tämä koti on yksi taso ja mahtuu jopa 14 vierasta.

Tämä on myös koiraystävällinen loma-asunnon vuokra-asunto! Tähän liittyy maksu, joten jos aiot tuoda karvaisen ystäväsi, sinun on puhelimitse toimistomme etukäteen maksamaan lisämaksu ja vahvistettava nelijalkainen BFF.

Astu ulos ja jäähtyä altaaseen! Tässä kodissa on suuri uima-allas ja spa. Niin kauan kuin lämpötila ei laske alle 55 astetta, olet valmis nauttimaan ilmaisesta uima-altaasta ja kylpylälämmöstä tyypillisesti maalis-toukokuussa ja syyskuusta marraskuuhun (sinun täytyy soittaa toimistoon ennen loman vahvistamista ja aikataulua). Uima-altaan reunalla on ulkotiloissa oleskelualueita ja pöytä.

Tämä avoimen konseptin koti sopii erinomaisesti muistoihin lomalla! Suuri ruokapöytä mahtuu kahdeksaan. Keittiössä on aamiaispöytä, johon mahtuu neljä lisävieraspaikkaa. Keittiö, oleskelutila ja ruokailutilat ovat kaikki avoinna - ihanteellinen ruoanlaittoon ja olohuoneen keskusteluihin!

Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istuimia ja 65 tuuman taulutelevisio. Päivitetyssä keittiössä on suuri saari, graniittitasot, kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Muutaman askeleen päässä on märkäbaari - my��s graniitti työtasot sekä viini- ja juomajäähdytin.

Toinen olohuone on aivan nurkan takana ja siinä on suuri sohva ja 42 tuuman taulutelevisio. Siellä on myös suora pääsy altaan reunaan.

On pulverihuone ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu, joka sijaitsee aivan tärkeimmät oleskelutilat.

On kaksi master-sviittiä, joissa on king-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Molemmissa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, suuri kylpyamme ja suihkukaappi sekä sadesuihku että k��sisuihku.

Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja 32 tuuman taulutelevisio. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi ja se sijaitsee aivan oven ulkopuolella.

Makuuhuoneissa neljä ja viisi on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja taulutelevisio. Ne jakavat kylpyhuoneen, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

On pieni patio aivan ruokailutila, jossa on kaasugrilli. Tämä koti on myös varustettu langattomalla internetyhteydellä.

We loved this property! The location is perfect- close to the beach and a short bike ride to general store. The pool was a nice size, house has 2 living areas and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home. Barb

Great rental property!

This house fit our needs perfectly! The open floor plan was great for our family. We spent a lot of time by the pool which had a lot of seating and the proximity to the beach was closer than we expected. The property management company was great to deal with too. We will be back to PD and would rent this house again.

The house has its own private path to the beach, and the pool was nice if you didn’t feel like going to the beach. Being in Palmetto Dunes is a privilege as well- great location to several restaurants and shopping! This was our second time renting this house- we love it!

Would certainly return here with our family.

Great home for our family

Everything was amazing. Pool was the best and plenty of room for the kids. Couple little suggestions... For a 5 bedroom home there should be much more laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and dish soap. I understand buying more paper towels and toilet paper. Thank you for considering the next large family. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Amazing Stay

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Besides the expected linens and bath towels, they also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. The house has multiple flat screen TVs which the kids loved. The pool is beautiful and was very warm when we were there. The house is super close to the beach which was the biggest selling point for our group. But one of the best things about this house was the property manager. We had a wonderful, seamless experience dealing with them. There was a hurricane when we were there and the manager promptly sent a crew to help clean the pool. They also sent timely reminders about arrival and departures. It was just great to work with them.

NO SPACE FOR WORKING AT HOME. Two at home worker had to improvise. Facility not ready at check in. Had to sit in the rain for 45 minutes. Went into the house even though the cleaners were not finished. Ice maker does not function properly...had to buy ice the entire time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the absolute perfect gathering place for our spread across the country family of thirteen! We had ages spanning from 9 months to 64 years. The layout of the house with its large bedrooms and bathrooms made unpacking and getting comfortable easy. The extra half bath was a plus! The multiple large living spaces allowed plenty of room to do lots of activities when we were inside (game cabinet was great). We spent tons of time in the refreshing pool and hot tub, and loved the beautiful, lush, and easy walk to the uncrowded beach, with its clean sand and lovely tide pools. We also appreciated the laundry, the lovely neighborhood setting, and the proximity to the ocean, as well as the tennis and pickleball courts. We would love to visit again, and would most definitely recommend 1 East Wind!

The house was nice for the 13 of us especially since it rained most of the week. There are 2 areas for hanging out which was nice. The dining room table is large enough to seat 10 easily. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds comfortable.the house is nicely decorated.The pool out back was a plus as we had children of various ages. Perhaps there could be additional seating out there. A few suggestions there is no vent in the kitchen over the stove also a large colander.Parking was tight as we had 4 cars that really didn't fit as you could not park on street.The neighborhood was really nice to bike or just walk around in. I would recommend this property for sure

Great House and Coastal Home & Villa was great too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a good location with a path off the pool patio for easy access to the beach. Multiple stairs over the sand dune so not wheel friendly. The house offers a lot of space and on suites. Having a wine refrigerator was great for water and beverages! Coastal Home & Villa was great as usual! Very professional, responsive, and helpful! We ran out of propane and it was replaced by the time we went to the beach and back. If possible, always go thru Coastal Home & Villa, they are great!!

The extremely close proximity to the beach, backyard pool, ample bedrooms and baths along with multiple sitting areas makes this house our go-too Hilton Head rental. Coastal Home continues to impress with their homes, management team and the recent addition of credit towards beach/bike gear. We look forward to renting again next year.

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1984 staying in various villas and own a timeshare here but this year we decided to rent a pet friendly home with our own pool and close to the beach and are we happy we did! We loved everything about the house, location (always loved the PD community, the beach, the roominess, cleanliness and layout. This house fit our needs perfectly.

The pool was super clean and it was a very short walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed and I would stay again.
