I found the hotel itself very run down and in need of some cosmetic updating. The staff during checkin were unsure of the proper procedures and did not seem to know how to handle a booking through expedia. We checked in after 5:00 and our rooms were not ready when they stated that check-in was at 3:00. Housekeeping were not done. Over all we found this hotel to be very dissapointing.

This property has not been well maintained. It looks old and not well kept. I have stayed at other Quality Inns and this one doesn't even come close to satisfying condition. The breakfast provided was very limited. I would not stay here again!

This place was disgusting. Our room had dirt everywhere, holes patched in the walls and ceilings, no safety latch on the door. If it hadn’t been so late we would’ve left.

They had no elevator. Our rooms were on the second floor and my mother in law had a difficult time going up and down the stairs. I think they over charged my Visa, they would not give me a receipt. Said Expedia will give me one but have not received one. I will check my Visa statement when it comes to see if I was over charged. My daughter graduated from Hope college May 4 th so we needed the rooms.
