Really needs an upgrade. Room very old and dusty. Carpets were not vacuumed, mildew on bathroom walls, spotted termite droppings in kitchen cabinets. Ended up canceling reservation and re-booked at another hotel.

Don’t do it! Go to another hotel. 1. Staff at front counter is SUPER rude. They don’t greet you at all no hi or bye anytime you walk bye, I tried to get an early check in since we got there early, they said no right away then after I proceed to see them check 3-5 families in when check in is not till 3pm! They see me standing there then they say oh your room is ready now. 2. Curtains suck ours were ripped from the sun and taped back with duct tape. So bright not black out let me tell you. 3. Elevators were super slow and one seemed broken after July 4th. It took so long to go from floor to floor abc when your in it …scary 4. They take a deposit which don’t say when you book and pay , then you don’t even get your deposit back till a week later! 5. Bathroom shower was broken the H/C knobs didn’t work so you had to turn the shower on and off for the shower head with some tool. I had to call maintenance up to assist when I couldn’t figure how to turn it on! Oh and hot water only lasted 3 minutes then you had to turn off and lather up turn back on then rinse line your at camp. 6. Place is super out dated and pictures don’t match from the website!!! 7. Beach towels at the front counter weren’t even beach towels just the white stained ones from the hotel rooms. 8. Only 1 ice machine that’s in the lobby at the front desk so if you’r up on the 10th floor good luck if you need ice. Never again I’ve been to Oahu 8 times and this by far is the worst roach motel ever!!!

Shelly was rude when I posed a question, she walked away with an attitude. Initially, the air conditioning functioned correctly, but upon our return, the room was warm. We had ensured the sliding door was secure before departing. The front desk provided a fan and assured us someone would investigate the issue the following morning. However, no one arrived. We slept with the sliding door partially open for airflow.

Two hotel room doors would not secure, both rooms had stained sheets, the bathroom and shower were not clean. Bug bites. This hotel was so bad we had to get another hotel for our vacation. Do not recommend

Dirty/old room, roaches in kitchen area and bathroom. Shower size of a mini closet, tv was like 24”, never knew they make tvs that small nowadays. Ripped carpet by the bed exposing floor, trash in lanai

The pictures do not really reflect this hotel. If all you need is a cheap place to sleep it will work, but it is not great. Parking is also $45 a day. Our shower curtain fell down twice and I’m not sure if the shower has ever been deep cleaned.

The hotel was outdated, nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was in poor condition, walls were moldy. There were hair in the bathtub. Water from shower were cold. Otherwise, the location was excellent. Staffs were all very friendly.

Hotel was ok, a bit dated and needs work, biggest thing is remove closet doors and doors over kitchen sink. Small place and they are more trouble then worth. Highlight was front staff Corie (she was awesome) made our stay great as some her colleagues sucked, they could not do their job and know idea what customer service means. Valet team was also great. Price was fair and reasonable for what you got. It is not the Ritz but if on a budget yea would stay again. I am told they may be doing some updating in winter. It is time but could be a solid place. Close to everything and easy walk to the beach. No restaurant attached any longer bummer just a bar.
