First off this is definitely a budget friendly place to stay. We knew that going into but that leaves a lot of doors open. It’s old. In need of a lot of repairs. It’s small. It’s kind of hodge podge. And to no fault of the hotel it’s quite loud outside primarily become it’s a very central location which we love that aspect. But also because it’s old it could use some sound proofing. Walls are very thin. Recommend requesting room away from elevators. The best was t the worst but not the best. Need new furniture like something fierce. But it was surprisingly clean. And the staff was great. We also got a bag of goodies each day we were there which was a nice surprise. I would lay for that $150/night but all in all our long weekend was enjoyable.

Note we did NOT stay at this hotel, we had a flight delay and needed somewhere to hunker down with a baby and all our luggage since we could not get late checkout from our other accommodations. This is definitely a 2 star hotel, if that. Rooms were tiny, condition of rooms was poor. Garbage under the beds, uncomfortable mattresses, hair on the wall in bathroom, broken element on stove. No temperature control for AC, only low/med/high fan speed so room was frigid. Shower was dark and small. Outlets need replacing so plugs won't even stay in the wall. Valet parking only, it was more expensive than the 4 star hotel we stayed at previously ($45/day). Have to walk through pool area to get to the lobby from the parking lot. NOT very wheelchair or stroller accessible, no power doors, ramp is at like a 45 degree angle from the street. Lobby STINKS of fake flower air freshener. Always a line for the elevator. But for the price, it was fine for a couple hours and for a place to store our bags for the day and take a nap. Location is great, right by the International Marketplace and across from Duke's Lane. Free coffee and iced tea in lobby during the day was excellent.

We (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for a few days after staying in Ko’olina. This place is a hotspot and in the middle of some good shopping, eating, and nightlife. It’s located across the street from the international marketplace (there’s a Target and Mitsuwa marketplace inside) and Marugame Udon. Theres also a mcDs on the opposite side. There’s even a bar that’s connected to the lobby that seemed pretty popular. It was hard to get hot water for showers - it seemed semi warm water was around during certain times of the day. Not all rooms have a little kitchen but we were able to ask for a microwave and rice cooker. The property seemed older but had a retro/vintage feel. It was comfortable for sleeping and we had a balcony facing Kuhio Ave if you wanted to people watch or just hang out. What stood out for me though was the staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the valets - all super friendly and super helpful at all hours of the day. I think this hotel would work more for the younger crowd since it’s a good location for bars and nightlife - but it worked out for me and my family’s needs with little kids.

Great Location. I was put in a room where the pull out sofa was in horrible shape. Was then moved to another room where we found cockroaches. I had seen some reviews about this but I couldn’t believe it. Overall this place is definitely not on my list of places to stay again.
