Sign outside for Hotel not very visible No safety deposit box at reception for my last day before my flight I would of been able to do more activities but had o guard my passport. Pool not heated.

The concierge and staff was every nice, the place is very outdated. The bathroom had rust and what seemed like mold on the caulk. Asked to change rooms and they evaluated my complaints and changed me to a bigger room but without a kitchen which was okay since they halved my resort fee. Every morning the wifi would go out along with the TV and would have to call maintenance to fix it everytime.

This hotel was very disappointing. Do not get a room facing the road, it is way to loud and you won't get any sleep. The room was very dirty, the carpet was gross. I found the old, used towels in a cupboard under the bathroom sink. We complained and they moved us to a different room facing the pool. This room was still dirty, leftover hair on the bathroom floor. The phone in the room did not work, so to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone, kind of a safety issue. The tv kept kicking in and out which was annoying as well. If you are looking for nice place to stay, this isn't it. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. The staff were sometimes ok, but after moving us to the new room, there was no follow up. It took a reminder call just get two chairs for the deck that was barely 2 feet wide.
