we came to check in and i waited more than a day to check in (even though i had to get my money back and go to another hotel) they gave me three rooms to look at and they were in terrible condition. and they told me "oh this room just wasn't cleaned" do you consider this a dirty room? and not one that needs repair?? there is a stench, the corridors are dirty, the rooms are terrible

There is no parking for the hotel. To check in you have to stop in an unload zone which isn’t marked for the hotel, looks more so like the nearby restaurant loading zones. You also have to pay $35 on top of your hotel stay for public parking which they’ll give you a pass for … and then an extra $20 for a “resort” fee. It’s not really a resort by any means, we checked in after dark and left before day light so it was a wasted fee for us and they wouldn’t remove it

Location, location, location! No frills hotel with thoughtful perks…beach chairs, towels, sand toys, floaties. Daily maid service for sheets, towels, garbage. Haven’t seen that since before Covid. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel is in a great area. In walking distance to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful. AC in the room worked great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

This hotel is situated on the Main Street in Waikiki and walking distance to dining, shopping and transportation options. Four adult occupants stayed in a two queen bed with kitchenette room with a modernised toilet and newly renovated bathroom. The queen beds seem more like double beds as per Australian standards. There was enough room for our luggage and amenities were sufficient, such as coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates and fridge.

We throughly enjoyed our stay , However . The rooms are in serious need of some maintenance. I feel if the rooms were updated this hotel would be able to receive more stars. Cupboards are broken , curtains are old and need a good clean. Kitchenette had little to no utensils. Room had a musty smell. But in saying this. The pool area is lovely Staff are amazing and friendly Great positioning in Waikīkī , making everything in walking distance. We would return as we found this place so much quieter than the larger resorts. And very affordable. Mahalo 🙏
