This is our second time staying at the waiki Marriott it is very clean quiet atmosphere very family oriented. The front ocean view rooms are spectacular. One thing I didn't like is that they do charge you if you have a car it's about $55 per night and I don't think that's fair Since we are already spending money to stay there that should be Included. Also one thing that did change they used to give complimentary Hawaiian lay and 2 water pouches and we didn't get that this time.

5 Day Stay

The hotel was beautiful. Located in a perfect area and the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Elaine. My only issue was with the room. The bathrooms have frosted glass so literally can not use it at night with out lighting up the entire room unless you don’t turn the lights on. Secondly there was an issue with the hot water. It was spotty. Sometimes it was hot and others it wasn’t. The main bathroom issue besides those are that there was no vent or fan in the bathroom. So the whole thing just steamed up and was moist. Also the balconies could use some plaster work. For the price i think these things should be addressed.

Old resort that needs remodeling.

This hotel desperately needs a remodel. Old stained carpet in rooms and hallways. Bath tiles and grout old with ground in dirt. Staff was hard working, but they were desperately understaffed leading to long wait times in all of the on-site restaurants. Great location.

Parking should be free for guests staying overnight abs should not cost $50 a day. Also there are not enough handicapped Parking spots.

We love having conversations with the bartender from the lobby he had so much to tell. We learned so much about the history of Hawaii with him. Thank you.
