Perfect!

Absolutely perfect. Within 5 mins of downtown but far enough to not have busy traffic or loud crowds. The cabin itself was super clean & comfy. Had everything you could think of.

The good…place was clean and comfortable very well stocked, furniture was comfortable, large tv’s, kitchen well stocked, easy to park and near everything. Bed was comfortable too. The bad…when checking in we were put in room #1. I ask, will there be a lot of road noise? Answer, no you”ll be fine. Well, not true. At 4:45 am, I heard the dumpster being moved and trash picked up, right behind my head. Heard every car going down the road. People walking by. At one point we were sitting on the sofa and smelled marijuana coming through the air condition unit. I really liked the place, but I would certainly ask to be in a room further back in the property. Not sure what they can do about people smoking, since it’s legal everywhere today and it could happen anywhere.

Our cottage was spacious and extremely clean and had everything we needed, in the full kitchen! The location is perfect for shopping, visiting Bath House Row and the national park! We will definitely book Best Court on our next visit to Hot Springs!

Beautiful cottages close to the strip

These are very nice little cottages with everything you need. The cottage was well appointed with a comfortable bed, pillows, bedding, towels and the like. It also had several nice touches such as a couple of bottles of water in the fridge, chairs to sit out on the porch, and an iron and ironing board. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again.
