I never saw a hotel that makes you do your own room service. I’ve been treated better in motels.

It is not in a good area safety wise. It’s an old building, felt dirty and looks dirty, smelled bad in the room, dirty like mildew smell in room. I would never stay at this place again and pay that price. Never again

What a let down!

The hotel was much more rundown and not maintained as in the picture. The lobby as well as the floor we were on had the worst smell as of someone was smoking something. The bedding was dingy. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

There was a nasty smell immediately as we stepped off the elevator, the fridge was making loud noises all night, there were cockroaches crawling up the walls and over the counters, there was no soap in the bathroom, the vending machines were totally empty, the coffee machine in lobby was broke, the clerk took about 15 minutes to check us in, and a barking dog all night in the room next to us

They over sold rooms people reserved months ago . Because a convention came in town. No towels .people waiting for rooms to be cleaned at almost 6 check in is 3

Not a pleasant experience

It was difficult find the driving entrance to the hotel. The facility was an older facility without hardly any upgrades or general maintenance. The halls, elevator and room reeked of cigarette smoke. The receptionist was cordial and pleasant.

Not a nice stay!

The phone, chair, ice maker, toilet paper holder did not work. The room had a moldy smell to it. The doorframe was broken and didn’t shut on the door to the bedroom. The toilet had to be fixed because it wouldn’t flush.

The air conditioner in the room has a loud noise. The toilet constantly has the sound of running water. All these noises make it difficult for me to sleep properly, and the experience is very poor.

Terrible stay

The hotel over all had a strange smell inside and outside the rooms It was a moist feel in the car and on the carpet.. I could feel the springs in the bed because it is was old and uncomfortable. It had broken cabinets and so much more.. On top of all this when I got back to my room late the second day, my room had not been cleaned and then when I called for clean towels I had to bring my dirty towels to them and get new towels to even shower..
