We took the shuttle to the airport and it was exactly on time. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Thankful it was there since this area isn't really walkable to other restaurants.

Very quiet for the location near the airport. The room was updated and clean. Hallways and common areas were as well. Would stay here again when visiting the area or travelling out of IAH.

Only thing I didnt like was the shuttle pick up service from the airport. They said they drove by, never saw them, and when i called back they said the shift was over at 10pm. I had called at 9:05 pm. So i had to find another way to the hotel. I stoof outside the whole time and never saw the shuttle drive by . Not very helpful at all when i called back about it.

We never actually made it to this hotel, the uncaring management and staff forced us to pay for a night that we did not use. My sister was being transported to MD Anderson cancer facility, we had the hotel in order to be near her. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that far and landed in the emergency room in Dallas. I called that morning to cancel and they told me I needed to call back after 3:30 to talk to a manager. After calling back, it was determined that they did not care enough about my situation and would not refund my room. Therefore, on top of all of the medical expenses and the additional hotel, I had to pay for in Dallas, I was forced to pay for this room, which we did not use Due to a medical emergency. I will never use this company for hotel, travel again, regardless of where I am in the United States. And I travel quite a bit.
