I made the reservation from the airport within a short time arriving at hotel. Upon arrival/checkin, I was told 2 reservations were made. I explained the mistake but was told hotels.com has to call to request refund. Hotels.com reports they contacted the hotel and the refund was denied.

the room was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. however we went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was not only cold, but the tuna sandwich was poor quality with very little tuna, too much mayo. The shrimp tacos where cold, skimp on the shrimp. we paid for a meal we did not eat, the only thing eatable was fries and salad.
