The first night upon arriving, my family and I did not sleep whatsoever due to kids running all night up and down along with loud banging and yelling from the room above us. Several calls were made to the front desk and every time they stated that the situation was under control, the noise would start again. Apparently either room, mine nor theirs was able to move the night, especially the other people due to the fact that they are to stay at that hotel for more than 30 days and mine was only to be two nights. The next night, we were able to move but this room was totally disgusting. The floor and couch spelled like pee and a musty smell. The shower still had hair every where and the floor was sticky. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. Shop around some more because Houston is too big to just settle in this hotel.

The room did not have a jacuzzi like I paid for. The window in our room looked like there was possibly yogurt smeared on it when we opened the curtain all the way. The breakfast was obviously re used from previous days. The sausages were so tough you had to rip them and they made noise and looked like they were made of cardboard. No towels in the pool area and a bunch of hair ties and other similar things in the bottom of the pool. The bathroom in the pool room was not nice. The light flickered so bad I couldn’t go inside of it. The light cover in the elevator had old plastic cups shoved up into it with something gross coming out of it. That was there both nights we stayed. All around not super happy with our stay.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean spacious. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The water in the pool was cooler than I expected but it was still refreshing after a long day of traveling. I would stay here again.
