Caution the staff are verbally abusive to guest. I booked with Expedia for 2 nites and had a reciept to proove such alsotop lvl manager at expedia contacted hotel to fix the issue and confirm my payment for 2 days was unhelpful discrimatory remarks to my husband an insinuating we were trying to get something for free remarking "you people always want free stuff my booking formy already paid aaccomodationswere
Not accepted theyrude judgementalverbally abusive to my husband telling him to come back when we get money. MONEY THEY ALREADY recieved for our stay 2 days prior to our arrival. If you like being mistreated talked down to and ripped off i guess this hotel is for you. My advice look elsewhere because the experience was horribly awful and stressful no reason for them to berude or unprunprofessionald rude & to not honor. The r The original booking reservations that yhey already took my money for . They didnt even give me my deposit back and said i owed late fees .whilst trying to clear yhe matter up they said they do not honor expedia travel bookings and they tell people not to use expedia they tell people to go thru them .instead. well when do they tell you after they receive your money and check you out a day earlier than you paid for even show recept of. I am in the process of reporting them for civil right because of the things they said to my husband and the horrible way they put us down and spokeTo us .
