Different information was relayed by different staff members. When we called to request early check-in at 12 p.m., we were told it was $30; upon arrival, we were told $50; and then we saw a policy or notice at the front desk stating $25 for early check-in from 12 p.m. The Indian female staff member was very rude and dismissive when questioned. The rooms are very 1900s-like, smell of wet carpet, and are muggy and damp. Also, I had to change rooms because the previous occupant had smoked heavily; I don't know what kind of cleaning was done, but the smell remained, and I felt nauseous upon entering.

Our 1st room smelled so we were moved to another. Still had little smell but tolerable. Remote didn't work front desk gave us 3 sets of batteries none worked. She said we had to wait for husband in the morning. Breakfast ok. We didn't stay second night b/c we decided to stay at hospital with Mom but front desk they couldn't refund. I had to call third party booking. Wouldn't stay there again.
