We had a suite, which is basically two rooms with a set of glass french doors put in the wall between the rooms. This setup gave us two bathrooms. Worked great for the four of us. It had a sleeper sofa too. The price ($600) was great for our five nights. Included Breakfasts were standard fare, eggs/breads/sausage or bacon.

Overall good stay, parking lot was well lit and the surrounding area felt safe. Business / industrial area vibes. Minor cosmetic and operative issues… leaky faucets, loose lampshades, faulty remote controls and the cable went out; the remodel plans make sense. Common areas appeared and smelled clean for the most part. Breakfast was decent, staff were friendly and guests seemed respectable.

We didn’t even check in nor did we stay at this place. We booked this in hopes to make it to our family for Christmas and was unable to do to unforeseen circumstances in traveling from Florida up. And because the hotel didn’t want to refund us due to these issues we paid for a room we were unable to stay in I feel like that was terrible customer service and they could have waved the fee due to the time line in our booking and being able to make it up for our one light stay. I had higher expectations for this based on other reviews. The whole hotel is very outdated and just dirty in general. Our room smelled like cigarettes so bad that we had to ask to switch to a different room. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and wonderful but outside of that this place is just pretty outdated and gross.
