The property is located in a very convenient location with metro and bus and trolley station across the street near many shops and restaurants The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly and courteous Ms Fatma Navruz the guest relation manager was very nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of and her colleague gave us a very nice room upgrade and Toofan was nice and gave us water and provided what we needed Although the carpet right off of the elevator was not very clean but the rooms and linens were spotless and very clean and comfortable The bellman at the hotel entrance were also very helpful and you felt safe I absolutely recommend the hotel
