Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was eventually resolved. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. While the language barrier posed some challenges, I was still able to achieve most of what I needed. The hotel is well-located, close to the city centre, and provided a comfortable base for my visit.

The location is good, easy to grab Ubers. Our room was hot and the A/C did not work properly. With temps of 100 degrees, our room was unbearable. We called the front desk, they said they control it but couldn’t get it to work and gave us no other solutions. Internet is spotty at best - if you can even connect.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff and a comfy bed. Location was great for us as we didn't have to go far the following morning to attend our appointment. Breakfast area in the morning was very pleasant and a good choice of foods to eat. Basic carparking available just outside the hotel and the area was covered by security cameras.

As of time of writing, no WiFi connection in room 23. Bellman after using google translator said next day, a more experienced colleague will address problem and this didn’t happen. I proved it showing issues with 3 iPhones and 2 iPads that it was a specific to our room/floor. Relocated to an undesirable smoking room and now works. Breakfast was nice. Safe was locked and they didn’t open for us to reset combination. Bellman seemed frustrated and snapped his fingers and raised his arms asking if everything is ok now. Problems do happen and what separates excellent hotels from bad ones is how they efficiently respond and remedy situation. Would not recommend hotel.
