The review and rating is about the experience we had for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Never have I seen so much staff in the kitchen to deliver so little food in such a long time in a night when the restaurant was at below 20% occupancy. Allow me to add the food was mediocre, and not matching the menu description. To top it, it was grossly overpriced for the quality served, which basically was straight out of a Sysco truck. The only highlight was watching the staff as the arguments, useless flor manager and kitchen staff turned it in a farcical spectacle. Besides that, rooms were fine, clean. Bedding was fine if not great.

The sheets and towels were stained, dingy, and dirty. The room had live roaches. The shower bracket was falling apart and couldn't hold the soap, face cleaners, or shower gels. Basically just old and needs some upkeep. Not to mention parking is a nightmare. The lobby was beautifully decorated though.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Stopped halfway to Atlanta. I wish the indoor pool would have been a bit warmer but everything was clean and great! Also, the restaurant was impeccable. The rooms were clean and wonderful. Surrounding area a bit sketchy but you feel very safe on the property!

Staff awesome room ok. Outside area was not a good area to stay. The parking was expensive and across the street. And only the cars that parked in the lot were safe the free parking on the street no guarantee that parking was safe or watched.
