The hotel stay was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was we were on the top floor and the hvac system was a bit loud. It was like the bathroom fan was running all night.

Everything was good. Nice location, looked safe. I had low expectations for breakfast but it was surprisingly good. Basic but tasteful. I had to ask for another room after 1st night as itbwas too close to elevator which caused noise at night. Staff was very quick to get me another room with no problems. Happy with the stay!!!

We had a horrible experience checking in. There was no one at the front desk for 3-5 minutes. We were calling out for assistance. No response. I walked around the desk to look into the back and then the employee came down the hall. She saw me looking into the back and began yelling at me that I had no right to be beyond the desk. I tried to explain that we had ben waiting for a long while to be checked in. She was relentless. She did not want to check us in. I don’t know if there are cameras at the front desk but if there are I highly suggest that someone review this situation. It was simply appalling.

We appreciated how quiet our room was. No noisy neighbors across or above. I was disappointed in the quality of cleanliness of the bathtub. I prefer hot baths to showers, but I didn’t feel the tub was disinfected enough to sit in. Also, I found a small roach in the bathroom. Just thought you should be aware of those things.

Good location for us, close to 95. Staff was friendly. The room was very spacious too. Breakfast was fine, hot and satisfactory. There were some shortcomings: The room was inadequately lit, difficult to see even with all the lights on. The bathroom fan did not work at all. The refrigerator did not work either. We expected our stay to be better.
