The bathtub was rusty, surface worn, did not appear clean. The window blind was rolled up and held in place with large paper clip. Multiple holes in the blind. Front desk did send someone to clean tub when requested but still felt dirty. Hallway carpets worn and dirty.

This was my first stay at this property in this area around Jacksonville, Fl. I enjoyed the stay from start to finish. The well trained front desk staff Rikki took care of me and my guest during the entire stay. She is provides outstanding service and understands what a hotel guest needs. This particular hotel has all the amenities with larger rooms, pool and hot tub, easy parking, and a good connection to local retail areas for dining and shopping that are very attractive to guests. I will be back for another stay. I was completely satisfied.

Staff were excellent. Hotel room was large but dated. Bathroom was decent size but needed more towel hooks & counter space. Water pressure & temperature in shower was poor. Room temperature hard to control. Pool was extremely small. Tiniest pool towels and cheaply thin. It was ok but I would not recommend over local Marriott.

We are frequent guests to Ponte Vedra area. We had not stayed at HGI Ponte Vedra in a number of years due to property condition so we decided to try it again. This time the overall property was not clean. The final straw was the bath tub was so dirty we we afraid to use it so we left without spending the night.

The room was very spacious! And I love that we had a Keurig, fridge, and microwave in the room! We didn’t end up using the microwave but it was fabulous to have that option! The staff was very nice and my check-in lady was very sweet and helpful!
