Everything was excellent! Food was awesome with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Eduardo at the front desk. The pool was great with different options. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the beach. I would definitely recommend this property. I am already thinking about going back next year.

Loved everything about this resort. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The pools were great as was the food and drinks. Bar was open late so we played cards there. The beach was nuce to watch the sunsets.

One of the best experiences on vacations I have had hands down! We went for my bachelor party and loved the clean property the activities for everyone. The food was amazing and the staff was extremely attentive! We would definitely go back!

The cleaning lady stood are chocolate items that we brought from the tours. We had left it in the room and on the last day we was packing we found out they was missing. It was about 20 dallor worth of chocolates

This is was my third visit to Jaco and have stayed at The Best western each time due to the amazing staff / service / food and it is located directly on the beach. There is nothing like seeing a Jaco Beach Sunset while have drinks on property or watching from the beach.

We went for a wedding so the whole party stayed there out of convenience for first time travelers. Overall the property was beautiful, rooms were okay, buffet food was the same pretty much everyday with slight variety made but the food was good. The resort was very safe, most of the staff spoke English. Not much of a full service all inclusive but we were happy to stay there.

It was so loud and the music played until 1am. There was no sound-proofing to escape it. The birds wake you up at 5am as well, so you get very little sleep. The rooms were shabby and the facilities were not nice, and didn't function well. No mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and not many places available to just hang out out of the heat.
