House keeping came super early the first morning told them we were still in the room so they did not come back the rest of the stay. Front desk only allowed us to get 2 clean towels on our 3rd day. The indoor pool which was the reason we chose the hotel had been broken down for months. Other than that a typical hotel scratchy thin towels hard mattresses with thin blankets (was also told we couldn't get extra blankets) and flat pillows. Not impressed for the cost. At all.

Best place to stay in Jasper, Al if you are traveling with a pet. The place is easy to access, clean and the staff are very accommodating! This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed here and gets better each time. Even though it is adjacent to a truck stop, it is a very quiet place.

No TV not working. If you like the sounds of big rigs engine braking all night this is for you. All said the hotel is clean staff friendly. Day front desk Merrii was a delite and did warn us about the tv and pool.

We didnt feel very welcome. There was several hairs in bathroom and on sheets. Bathroom light fixture was full of dead bugs and exhuast fan had a few layers of dust on it.

We were in town for a tournament for my kids. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. The kids were looking forward to it all week. Even considered staying an extra night. When we checked in, there was a sign saying the pool was closed. Very disappointing. Someone was smoking Marijuana in the building. The smell would seep into our room strong multiple times. We were on the 3rd floor. A friend with kids staying for the same tournament and the pool were on the 2nd floor. When visiting their room, you could smell it stronger as the elevator opened. I know this was not entirely the fault of the hotel, but should have been investigated. Theres no way the staff couldnt smell it. It was strong in the elevator also.
