Les draps n'étaient pas propres et il a fallu demander qu'ils changent les draps. À l'étage, où nous étions, il y a des chambres qui sont loués au mois. Saleté dans le corridor, serviettes sales à terre, coquilles d'oeufs et autres déchets dans le passage. Définitivement pas recommandables, même gratuit. Je n'ai pas de photos, mais la personne avec qui je voyageais en a pris. Elle fera ces commentaires avec photos.

The staff was really nice but this hotel was really dirty. Hair and snot on the walls. Stains and damages all over the unit. The fridge had growth in it. We left early due to not wanting to sleep there.

the place smelt like gas and mildew there were bugs and dirt on the tub the kitchen sink. the shower and the bathroom sink faucet turned on uncontrollably and ran at a presser that i had to by new make up

Horrible

Horrible hotel. Rooms were outdated which is okay but they were nasty. Listen ti the reviews because I did not. Between horrible customer service , the roaches, and the horrible smoke smell that sent me to the emergency room it was horrible . It is in a great location but please choose the park at meadows yes it’s more expensive but worth it for peace of mind. I have lodged a formal complaint.

The hotel itself was fine, close to American Dream Mall, beds were comfortable and it was clean. But when you only offer 2 kinds of muffins, cereal bars and coffee it feels a little like false advertising when you say you offer breakfast. They didn't even have regular milk for the cereal I brought for my kids. There were zero drink options other than coffee and tea. I literally only picked the hotel because of the breakfast....

This hotel is awful. There were bugs on the bed and the place is falling apart. The floor in the bathroom was filled with mold and pulling up around the tub. We checked out moments after seeing our room. The hotel still charged us for the entire stay of 2 nights and the "Manager" Chase will not get on the phone with me. I have called several times.

Our stay sarted out bad right from the start, rooms were not ready. And check in is 3pm and we got there at 3:30 . Floors were still wet in one room and cieling was falling down in the other room ,so they gave us a different room and still had to wait to be cleaned. The remote was not to be found. For the tv. Hall way were not very clean and entrances.
